Tommy Defendi Interview

If I lived in a world where people listened to me, I would tell anyone interested in being a porn performer to pay attention to Tommy Defendi. The FabScout (NSFW) model has worked for most of the major companies/websites. His videos have ranged from romantic to kinky, and no one can point to a lousy outing. He kisses, tops, and bottoms with the best thespians in the profession. Plus he keeps drama on the down low. Folk would pass out from shock if he ever had a Twitter meltdown.

Defendi, a CockyBoys (NSFW) exclusive, was kind enough to answer a few questions. Thanks much Tommy and if you ever want to date a bitter unemployed, fat hack, please call!

You’ve worked for a number of companies. What made you decide to sign up with CockyBoys?

I have always liked the look of CockyBoys and the action in the scenes. It looked really intense, and I thought it was right down my alley. I talked to my agent and the guys at CockyBoys, and I just really like the team. Or “the family” should I say (it’s what it’s become). I knew it was a good move for my career.

I asked Mason this question, so I have to ask you: most of your fans are intrigued with your relationships with the other CockyBoys exclusives. What’s going on between you and Mason? How would you describe the chemistry you two seem to have?

Well…Ill start by saying I adore Mason. He is a great person and he is adorable 🙂 We have a lot of chemistry and I think it is because we got to know and like each other previous to shooting. Which is the case with a lot of scene partners that you learn to like and have a connection with before on camera. Me and Mason happen to be very good friends now and I definitely will love him as a brother forever!

How would you describe your sexuality? Gay? Straight? Bisexual? Something else? Has this definition changed since you’ve been in the industry?

My sexuality is something that is questioned often and not understood most the time. I am a sexual person in general. I have been in this industry for 4 years. I have spanned from vanilla to kink, and women to men and trannies. Coming into this industry, I was a curious straight guy, and 4 years later I’m an even MORE curious “bi”-sexual! I think a fantasy is what you make it, and I have done what I can to explore mine. Everyone should!

What have you learned about yourself since you’ve been a performer?

I have learned to be true to myself, comfortable in my skin, and with who I am as a person. I am open to trying things that I think are appealing and interesting, and I believe it is because I have done that with porn. I always set out to try new things, so I always learn new things about myself.

What makes a comfortable set? What do you do if you and scene partner are not on the same page?

A comfortable set for me is when everyone is light hearted, but ready to get the work done. I like to keep it flowing with good energy, but keep the connection with my scene partner at the same time. If we are not on the same page, I do like to take breaks and have time to ourselves so we can have a good experience, and performance, on camera.

What attracted you to the industry? Do you remember how you felt when you filmed your first scene?

When I started I was looking to strip and dance. But when I got recruited, and brought in, I was nervous. I never had intercourse with a man, and I was in front of a bunch of people. It was pretty nerve racking! But I had moments where I really got into it, and that’s where I knew it was something I could do. It wasn’t perfect, but it wasn’t wrong or forced. It was just new to me, on camera, and in front of a crew so I wasn’t familiar.

What are the three things you would suggest to anyone who wanted to be porn performer?

My personal top suggestions are: 1) do it because you’re intrigued and actually want to explore the industry; 2) diet and stay in the gym. Fans respond to your body and presence. I know that when I got to work in the gym, and watched my intake, I saw it on camera and my fans loved it; and 3)  don’t let it get to your head. I don’t need another spazoid on Twitter!  LOL

Where are you originally from and where do you live now?

I am from Chicago, Illinois. Lived in Florida, California, and New York briefly. I currently reside in Las Vegas!

Favorite book?

My favorite book would have to be Assholes Finish First. It’s probably not the best book I have ever read, but I just read it and I nearly pissed myself while reading it!  It was a great read!

How much longer would you like to perform? Where do you want to be in five years?

I’m not sure how much longer I’ll perform. I do know I will do it until I feel like I need to move on. Everything I do in my life is because I feel it’s right and it’s the time to do it. In five years I hope to have my degree. I think I want to be back in California and working in some sort of hospitality or entertainment field.

Thanks to all my fans and the readers!
